Mark Pope
Mark joined Walsh Engineering Services in 2007 and has served as a mechanical engineer and engineering manager. He became the company’s second president in 2016 and owner in 2019. When not in the office, he enjoys piloting his small plane, snow-machining, skiing, and spending time with his grandkids.

Mark came to Walsh Engineering Services in January 2015 as a senior program manager and is currently the Vice President of the company. He has over 25 years of experience in engineering, project management, and company management. He has managed hundreds of projects and personnel in his career and has specific knowledge and experience working in the Department of Energy Complex. When he isn’t at work, he loves spending time with his family, working on his small farm, and trail running.

Nathan Seaver
Nathan has been working in the nuclear DOE industry for over 15 years. He has specialized in unique, customized equipment design and analysis solutions. He has experience with many of the industry codes and standards, as well as finite element and computational fluid dynamic analysis techniques. He has been a primary performer, a mentor, and has grown these capabilities at Walsh Engineering Services over the years.

Shawn Going
Shawn has more than 25 years of diverse industry experience that spans from being a tradesman to holding leadership roles for national laboratories and Walsh Engineering Services. He earned a Mechanical Engineering degree from Utah State University and a Master of Engineering Management from the University of Idaho. He has worked on multiple large projects as a field engineer (Bechtel), project engineer (NNL), project manager (NNL), construction service manager (BEA), and now as the Director of Facilities Engineering.

Adam Smith
Adam is a seasoned estimator with years of experience serving government clients. He oversees the development of independent cost estimates that are critical for project feasibility and informed decision-making. Beyond the office, Adam values time with his family. Whether exploring the majestic landscapes of Idaho or simply enjoying quiet moments together, these experiences remind him of the importance of building strong foundations – a principle he carries into the professional realm.
Chief Financial Officer, and Operations Director
Dallin Ivie
Dallin joined Walsh Engineering Services in 2019 as the Operations Manager. He has 27 years of banking, finance, and management experience. He also heads up the HR duties and enjoys each opportunity to meet and assist Walsh employees. In between motorbike rides, boating, and sporting events he enjoys getting together with his family, grilling, and telling stories.
